Distance Reiki is a wonderful way to receive Reiki healing in the comfort of your own home. I begin by sending a connection process for you to follow to start the session. I will then send distance reiki healing to you for approximately 40 minutes. I work intuitively, often using crystals and oracle cards within the session. I will then either call you to reflect on the session and discuss what came up, or I will send you the notes from your session for you to process and reflect upon - your preference!
