This session is for clients who wish to talk through their issues, in a confidential & comfortable space, to gain support & guidance with their specific needs and then to receive Reiki Healing too. A great many people are struggling with their mental health especially since 2020. This is a session that provides not only the space to heal, but to talk through and release fears, anxiety and stress, and is a real benefit for mental health and well-being.
