Meditation means to know thyself, a process of turning your attention inwards. In my group sessions I use Reiki Healing whilst gently guiding group members through deeply relaxing meditations, to assist you with self connection & letting go of negative energy. Whilst the meditation takes place, attendees also individually receive some wonderful hands on Reiki to enhance the healing experience. These group sessions are calming, connective, healing & supportive.
